Underwhelming toffee

Sorry but the toffee although packaged sealed nicely , had a stale taste to it, like it had been sitting around too long. Itge stale taste overtook the flavor of the toffee. I tried 3 of them, still stale.

Not a Favorite

For crunchy toffee this candy is not our favorite, does not have a robust buttery toffee taste. The nuts overwhelm the candy. We did order 2 to give as gifts and they were wrapped together, so we had to find a way to re-wrap so the nuts did not make such a mess. The receivers of the gift enjoyed the candy, just not a personal favorite.
