Delicious fudge

My husband and I are both enjoying the fudge and I will probably get some more in the future since they have a lot of different interesting flavors. Both boxes in the shipment the chocolates were a little soft because it was almost 70°, but then they had an over hour ride in the delivery truck and the Sun was shining that day. I let Chatham know and they immediately offered to reship. I said no that wasn't necessary I just wanted to let them know and they said they usually don't put a cold pack in until it was 70° and that was sorry that happened. I was impressed with the immediate response and the offer to reship.
