Dark Chocolate Ginger

I have enjoyed everything I have purchased from Chatham, and these ginger and dark chocolate candies are at the top of the list. They have just the right bite from the candied ginger to go with the richness of the dark chocolate. Excellent!

The chocolate covered ginger candies I ordered are perfectly good, though a bit too sweet for my taste. The ginger is completly submerged in dark and heavy chocolate. More ginger, next time, please!
