  • Shipping is a flat rate of $10 with the exception of Florida, which is $20 as we need to take extra care of these packages.
  • Packages typically arrive 2 to 10 days from when the order is placed.
  • When temperatures are over 70 degrees, we ship with special packaging, ice and only on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday!

Disappointed

Very sorry to give a poor review. We love to support small businesses which is why we decided to give you a try. Unfortunately, to our taste, the chocolate was bland; the texture was mushy; the tastes were undifferentiated. As I told you at the time of the order, you were competing with See's Chocolates of San Francisco - our usual anniversary choice. For all the reasons listed above, we cannot subscribe to your candy.

Amazing Service, terrific product.

I ordered a box for my sister in MA. UPS actually mis-routed the purchase which only had to travel 70 miles... Missing for 4 days, I called Chatham, quite angered. They immediately sent a replacement box which was received the next day. (Along with the UPS mis-handled box. My sister reports the candy was excellent. Even the "in the heat" box! Super service. Wonderful product!!! Thanks Chatham!
