Caramel Apple Form

We are so excited to announce that we now offer Chocolate Caramel Apples. We've created an order form to help walk you through the ordering process for one, or several Chocolate Covered Caramel Apples.

A few things to consider before placing your order are:

♦  Shipping - Due to the fact that this is our first time making Chocolate Caramel Apples, we are testing the shipping process to make sure it's perfect before they are available to be shipped.

♦  How to Order - Click here to access the Caramel Apple Order Form. Currently there are a few ways to order: 

- Come-in and pay us a visit us where we have forms available.
- Call us at 508-945-0825, where we can walk you through ordering over the phone.
- Download, print, and scan a filled out order form and send it to us at info@candymanor.com

♦  Availability - To ensure your apples are the highest quality possible, we will not have Chocolate Caramel Apples available for purchase in-store. They are only available for pick-up if ordered ahead of time (and we will update this when they are available to be shipped). We require orders to be placed 2 days before they can be picked up.

♦  Pricing - You can either order a plain Chocolate Caramel Apple for $13.00, or a Chocolate Caramel Apple with up to two toppings for $15.00. All Chocolate Caramel Apples can get chocolate drizzle free of charge.

Note: With our homemade caramel, all apples are required to get a chocolate coating on top, and we cannot offer plain caramel apples.

♦ Other Toppings - On the form, you will see that we have left the option for adding different toppings than what is listed. We will do our best to accommodate those requests, but cannot guarantee that we have the requested toppings in stock.
